Our September comp was our annual Club judged event where club members assume the hot seat and score and critique the images. As usual it was all done in good spirits!!
Our set subject for the month was “Autumn colours”. The brief given to the members was:
Russets, yellows, reds, oranges are the colours of Autumn. Provide an image that captures the essence of Autumn colour. While you can go down the obvious route of shooting Autumn leaves, why not challenge yourself and find a subject which highlights the colours of autumn in a different and creative way. Fashion, portraiture, even abstract a just some of the alternative directions you could explore.
